Previously we had created it by multiple processes such as laser, bending, cutting, and welding, but we proposed the integration of the manufacturing process to lost wax casting. It helped to reduce the processing parts and improve the strength of products. Also, the reduction of the dimensional control area by making convex shapes on the contact surface of the object made it easier for us to control the quality.
