Growing Children's Interest in Monozukuri
Local companies organizing events for kids, such as paper airplane competitions and workshops. One of the events, "Waza-One GP" is for kids to compete their skills and techniques through traditional Japanese plays.
Airplane lecture
We teach how to fold and fly origami planes and convey the joy of playing while communicating with parents and children and friends.
Company Guided Tours
We welcome school tours to develop children's interest in manufacturing. We also support educational organizations through various events.

Fukuyama Brand Certification
CASTEM's casting technology cultivated and its activities to convey the joy of manufacturing have been comprehensively evaluated, and it has been certified in the materials and technology division of the Fukuyama brand.
Making rose goods
As a company in the rose town of Fukuyama, we take the mold of Fukuyama's rose as it is and produce a number of original rose goods.
Participation in events hosted by Fukuyama
We participate in and sponsor various events organized by Fukuyama City, such as the Rose Festival, Fukuyamanime, and the Fukuyama Marathon.
Park cleanup activities
In cooperation with local companies in Fukuyama City, we participated in a project to beautify the aging Tomiya Park so that children can use it safely and comfortably.

In order to enliven Fukuyama Castle, which will celebrate its 400th anniversary in August 2022, we created the world's smallest Fukuyama Castle and donated it to Fukuyama City using ultra-fine 3D printing technology that Castem is conducting joint research with Kyoto University of Advanced Sciences.

In January 2020, CASTEM signed a partnership agreement with Jinseki Kogen Town to deepen cooperation in the field of manufacturing. We aim to revitalize the region by manufacturing based on new ideas that are not bound by conventional concepts and by becoming the "best partner" for residents to live lively lives.
Ichigo Farm (Job Creation)
The new business proposal of employees who thought that it would lead to regional revitalization by creating new employment in the region and attracting attention as a place to re-employ retired people by giving a range of work styles, creating new employment in the region, and attracting attention, was realized.

The Paper plane tower
We operate and manage an unusual facility that was made for flying paper plane at an altitude of 663 meters, this 26m-high in the center of Toyomatsu's Yonemiyama Summit Park.
Jin premium
The strawberries of Jinseki Strawberry Farm, which is produced in Jinseki Kogen Town, have been certified as JIN (God) Premium. JIN Premium is a system that certifies "Things, People, and Things in Jinseki Kogen Town" as the Jinseki Kogen Premium Brand "JIN (Jin) Premium" and disseminates its appeal inside and outside the town with the aim of improving the name recognition of the town as a whole and contributing to industrial promotion and regional revitalization.
